    Couldn’t agree more, Sara. Consistent communication fosters trust, particularly when it comes to a brand’s tone of voice. Just imagine a person who spoke in a different accent each time you met them. You’d find them unnerving, to say the least. Consistent language should certainly be at the heart of a consistent brand.
